Returns and Claims Policy

1. All sales are final and products may not be returned without prior written authorization from Qualy & Co. B.V.
2. Any damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
3. Claims should include photographs and a description of the issue for evaluation.
4. Returns will only be accepted after approval by Qualy & Co. B.V.
5. Returned products must be adequately packed and in their original condition whenever possible.
6. Qualy & Co. B.V. reserves the right to repair, replace, or issue a credit note for approved claims at its sole discretion.
7. Shipping costs for unauthorized or non-defective returns are the responsibility of the customer.
